Family Assistance Program

At the Family Assistance Program our main concern is for the families in our community.  Our goal is to provide families with the tools necessary to create and maintain healthy family dynamics.  Our program is constantly growing and evolving to better serve the needs of the community.  We have various programs designed to tackle different obstacles that may affect the family. Our programs include domestic violence crisis intervention, awareness and prevention, emergency services for youth in crisis situations such as running away, being kicked out of the home, and homelessness, as well as Community Health Workers giving resources and education to the LGBT community, and much more.

We provide the tools to help build stronger families

All of our programs allows families to receive help in a nurturing environment while they navigate through difficult and often painful transitions in their lives.  We provide professional individual counseling and group counseling to help create a healthy and happy future for families.

Click on the tabs above for more detailed information about our various programs.
